Fall 2027 Application 🚧Recruitment Process
The recruitment process for 180DC consists of three parts: written application, collaborative assessment, and a panel-style interview.
Step 1 — Written Application
Our written application consists of a resume drop, a few short answers, as well as a video answer component.
Step 2 — Collaborative Assessment
The second round of the recruitment process is the collaborative assessment, which can be also thought of as a group case interview in which candidates take part in a problem solving exercise.
Step 3 — Panel Interview
The final round interview will be a panel-style interview with a senior member of 180DC with the focus being primarily behavioral questions.
